These virtual sessions combine CranioSacral Therapy and mindfulness of internal body sensations. Somatic bodywork focuses on the internal physical/felt experience of the client. Like in-person CranioSacral Therapy, these sessions tend to be deeply relaxing, help the body let go of tension patterns, and reset the nervous system.
I am currently offering a special for these sessions at $50 per hour.
Private Yoga Sessions
These private virtual yoga sessions are tailored to cater to your individual body’s needs. When you book your private yoga session with me, I will do a short intake with you to determine what kind of session may best be suited to your body, as well as what type of yoga session you most desire. I teach a variety of yoga classes, including classic hatha, slow flow, and warming vinyasa. I often think of yoga as a form of self-massage.
I am currently offering a special for these sessions at $40 per hour.
I also offer private group yoga sessions. Similar to the individual sessions, I tailor these classes to meet the group’s needs and preferences.
For 2 people the session is $50 per hour.
For 3 people the session is $60 per hour.
For 4 people the session is $70 per hour.
